because it would have to be made of perspex or similar and that would melt with the heat produced

a lower version of the standard steering column bracket, the last time i saw one they wanted 60 pounds for it on ebay!

if not one that mounts on a roll cage dash bar

either way the standard one will not work with my roll cage :)

Some great idea's here, im starting to look into most of them.

The one thing i will say is that quite alot appear to be very specific, which im not against, but we will probably just do a specific unit for you as opposed to a batch of them to try and sell on.

Drop me a Pm and il see what i can sort out with the more specific requests.

As mentioned b4 i would rly like a clear rocker cover. the sound of the clear bonnet sounds good aswell. prob wouldnt drive around with it but would be good to put on at shows to stop people touching ur engine and gtin grubby little hand prints all over it. O and id possibly be interested in a monte carlo style roof rack aswell.

there are a few things that would be good to see made for the mini but in a non corrosive or rusting materials. Some which jump into my head are quick bonnet release hinges in stainless or even titanium and rear brake backplates in a non corrosive material also possibly the rear brake arm levers. Regards Blue

I'D DEFINETELY BE UP FOR A MONTE CARLO STYLE ROOFRACK AS WELL, ARE YOU JUST GOING TO BE MAKING THE FULL LENGTH STYLE, OR THE SMALLER TYPE THAT TAKES JUST 2 SPARE WHEELS, AS PER WHAT YOU SEE IN ALL THE PERIOD IMAGES OF THE MONTE CARLO RALLY??

I will be willing to make what ever is more popular! The racks are certainly looking promising after abit of research.
