1979 pickup. Will later ones with larger later ones fit the dash rail? I'm going to run a smaller heater anyway.

Yes later ones screw on just the same, obviously just require larger diameter pipes.

I have the larger pipes to go with them too if you need them. I don't know what size they are without measuring them.
