Hi there chris cheers for address

Yeh sure ill get these sent out 1st class tommorow morning..

Your dry chapped skin, use the either the aloe gelly or maybe go for the propolis creme as it will leave a barrier on the skin keeping them protected from the elements, plus as you work with metal etc in garage, it may be the best bet...

Sorry but i had to post. I would advise to try the propolis cream on a very small area of skin first. Due to its originator, the bee, it can cause skin irritations with some people. If no iritation occurs, then enjoy, as bee propolis is fantastic stuff. ;)

I would ask for some samples from you but i get plenty from work already ;)

The idea is not to use too much anyway basically because you dont need to, as it can cause irritations with some people with sensitive skin
Thats great im glad to hear someone else uses it aswell

Story..

My friend at work sufferd from terible headaches all the time, and had to take powerfull tablets to ease the pain...So i said take this heat lotion put it on your temples and the back your head. Next day she told me how that night she put it on and not long after the pain was easing off and felt better from the warmth massaging her head. And now doesnt resort to those pills, Now reaches for a natural product

Hi Dan, i've caught a cold and i got a bad head ache yesterday, i used the heat cream on my temples on my forehead and within 10 minutes the headache had gone. If anyone suffers headaches i really reccomend the heat cream..

:)
