Good man, the valves are cheap enough new.. but if you want a really cheap fix, raid some 2nd hand ones from a duff head, from memory these valves go in loads of VX lumps, even the V6's IIRC.. (do check tho )

thanks for that, i can get the valves new - £5 & £6. but might take a trip to my local scrap yard.
