I've only used these for online and over the phone orders just thought i would let everyone know that they are really spot on.
Website i love as when you click into the section you want it breaks down into a haynes style diagram of the relevant part of car so you can select individual bits i.e i threaded my cold start cam for my carb and was able to find the carb and pick out each individual bit which is really good as you can be certain of which part your actually after without trying to explain it over the phone if you don't know everything about cars.
On a couple of occassions i have managed to get bits from these that other mainstream supplies couldn't and informed me i would have to look secondhand, if something is listed at out of stock just give them a call as for some parts they only stock for orders and can normally get them in with a maximum two week turnover which is better than combing about for a secondhand bit. Plus they only took card details to cover the order and didn't make any charges until it was in stock and underway.
Only bought bits and bobs but reasonably priced well packaged fast turn around and very helpful staff.
