Got away with tapping it and using normal bolt nipped up with threadlock, then made a new braket for the lcb to the one thurther round the back which tightend up nicely with some threadlock and a split washer sould be ok since the threads on this one are good.
Had to grind the alloy inlet down to match the sportex manifold thickness, had to heat up and bend the sportex Y piece to stop it fouling on the tunnel not verry well made. Also on the Y piece we had to cut the slots bigger so the clamps would actuly hold it to the manifold down pipes. and replace all the clamp bolts with better ones that actuly tightend without shearing.
We Put a stainless flexy between the manifold and link pipe to reduce the stress on the manifold.
The new 45mm stainless systems nice not to loud but i nice burrrble.
