If it has a VIN, it will be on your V5 and if the scuttle is original it will be stamped into the scuttle panel gutter, ahead of the RHD drivers seat.

An Innocenti S is in fact a two seater sports car built by Ghia, its based on a Midget/healey running gear and looks nothing like a mini.
An Innocenti Export 1300 Cooper looks like a mini you would notice that the doors have quarterlights which open early one did not.

You had posted your full VIN and engine number, and at the top of the thread you have put your reg! With that information your car could easily be cloned by someone. I can't remember where to find a VIN decoder off the top of my head but if you search the site you should find one.

i managed to decode it, its a Mini special, ill have to call them back and advise!!
