hi, im new here. found the forum on a google search as me my dad and my brother are intending to get my dads old clubman 1275GT running again.

it is in a kinda good condition, engine needs work though. i am looking myself to get my own mini to 'tune' up, would be a ideal project for me as next year i am off to uni to study to become an automotive engineer

i look forward to receiving help from you all and getting this little monster running :tongue:

welcome to tmf matey. whereabouts are you from in the midlands? there are a few of us in the midlands that might be able to help if you get really stuck. the good thing about being in the midlands is that there are plenty of mini specialists and spares dealers. good luck and have fun.

were in derby. will try get pics of the car. we have spare doors and other body parts so a respray is in the pipe lines. dad says its one of the really early clubman gt's
