well heres what I need.... anybody out there that has a 1275gt could you do me a favour and measure the stripes that run along the bottom of the door/quarter/apanel for me..... I am going to put these stripes on mine but i want the right sizes..... thanks

the second thing is could somebody who's good with photoshop do me a mock up of my car with the 1275gt stripes in white and race numbers? for the numbers I want the number 73(black) in a white circle with a black outline..... I want anumber in the middle of the door and another one on the left side of the hood about halfway up.... thanks alot

yeah, thanks for that.... I remember finding those a while back but the thing is I don't want it to say 1275gt on it... just want the stripes... also I know a guy that does vinyl graphics so I'll get them done for free! thanks anyways though. :cheese:

Ok there seems to be some confusion as to what I'm trying to do here....
first off yes the 1275gt was a clubman model only and yes mine is a round nose.... secondly I realise that you can buy entire 1275gt stripe packages from online suppliers but as I said in a post near the beginning of this thread, I don't want the writing saying 1275gt or anything for that matter.... just the stripes. I know a guy that does vinyl graphics and he'll give me the stripes free.... :smartass: Now heres what I'm after.... I want the measurments(width) of the three stripes so I can tell the vinyl guy what width of stripe I need

Top and bottom stripes are 13mm, and the middle stripe is 25mm. :wink:

Done you some stripes.

Theyre not taken from something else, I have done them manually so I dont know if theyre any good. Also I didnt include the "1275GT" part as you didnt mention it.

I'll have a go at some numbers for you.

thats exactly it Jack. :grin: thanks alot. I think it looks sweet.... and it really ties the white from the roof, bonnet, bootlid into the rest of the car. what do you all think? yes? no? :erm:

heres another idea..... where the real 1275gt's say "1275GT" I was thinking about doing maybe "1973 Mini" or "Mini 73".... something like that. what are everyones thoughts on that?
