also... do you change the bulbs from the outside or the inside?... as the gas tank is in the way on the inside left of the boot
also..what bulbs are used?... mini mania says 1157's but I want to make sure

J-Lo, bulbs are changed from outside. There are three pozi head screws in the lamp lens to remove it. Careful with the gasket as it is easily torn and not readily available.
Don't know how you list bulbs over there and I don't recognise the number you have given but it is a 21/5 watt dual filament pear shaped bulb with offset pins if that helps.

As long as it is a flasher purpose designed for LED lights and not just any old electronic solid state flasher it should work.

thanks... according to your description.. that IS an 1157... If I had an actual number off the bulb I could cross-reference... sounds like it though
