[Madmax]

This is a mates car that he got just the other week, however it needs more work than was advertised on ebay so it wont be on the road for a while yet

its not little things either...

anyway

yep, thats my baby, not really posted on here, bcause i havent had a mini to talk about or anything...but it shall be a steep leanring cerve for me with the help of madmax and flappyplasticbits. Dont know that much about it really, 13" deep dish, sportspack arches. The car itself is an Italian Job, and the interior is mint, just needs a little work, so depepnds on weather i can do the work or not.

Sorry to be off-topic but.. Madmax, Did you make the arches on your car or did you just buy some and bond and smooth them into the shell? I want to do the same kind of thing really.

to tell the truth i didnt put them on, however i believe theyre group 2's that have been bonded then smoothed, i havent seen another mini with arches like them


whoever did them, did them properly, we've actually picked the car up on one side from the arches and they held tight (dont ask)

Yep, She sure is tidy just needs a little work, needs some new brake lines, its fog light int working, and a few more bits..i think...lol

i know, ive wanted one since i was 12(nealry 5 years ago now) when flappyplasticbits got his first one, and i used to sit n watch him work on it and i wanted one ever since...now i finally come to get one, every ******* has one...

Franklin has 2, and i know a few more with em, and i kepe seeing them alll over!! and like 6 months ago, no one wanted one lol, come the real winter we shall see who has one working then!

That car is really nice... both are actually, when do you think it will be on the road then?

erm, dont know now...dependant on what work needs doing, and mum still hates the idea of a mini and is doing everything so i get sommets like a puffy punto or a corsa...even putting ideas of a 1.6 punto and things...but MINI! lol

And since it needs work, she aint happy lol, it needs new seals cause it leaks a bit like every mini lol..and just odd bits here and there...

hopfully if i get her all sorted on the road for my birthday(end of may) and then im doing an intensive along with my bike theory and test lol...but i want to be able to drive for september.. so i can let madmax have some sleep on the trek to the ring lol
