Ive used all the tyres suggested. I found that although Falkens dont give as much grip as the yokos, they are very controlable when pushed and are more than up to the job of a pretty much standard mini. On the yoko side, Id never fit 008s again as I reckon they had alot less grip in the wet than the falkens but were very good in the dry. The daddy though is the A032R. The difference is unbeleivable. People who havent used them have the impression that they look to be rubbish in the wet as they are bassicly a cut slick. In actuall fact they are very, very good. And as for the dry, well lets just say youll have a smile from one ear to the other. No squeal, no commosion, just endless grip.

Fit Falkens if you want to drive it around town

Fit Yoko A032Rs if you fancy the odd blast

END OF!!

I've got the 048r's but i'm on 13's and they are just incredible no squeal in the dry and great in the wet. only time i have been worried was on a large patch of black ice!

Old Skools hit the nail on the head when it comes to 10's

A008's are pants when the roads are greasy, but good in the dry

Falkens give excellent value for money, good wear rate, but are not performance tyres...

A032's ( or A048's for bigger wheels ) are the daddies for the performance 10 incher
