I am selling my current 12G940 head as i need the funds for other things
It is a late MG head - so the smaller valve type - and has been ported and cleaned to match a large bore gasket and improve flow.
I cannot apply a "stage" number to this as many will agree, stage 2 here is stage 3 there etc! So please consider this to have had a reasonable amount of porting to open and smooth the ports - but is by no means a race head! (Possibly stage 2 type spec if i was pushed to categorise)
This head is unleaded so no conversion is required (normally costs £80 to £100 to have converted), and includes Minispares double valve springs.
I may even be able to throw in a set of rockers if the buyer is wanting some.
The head has allowed my current engine to make 90bhp and 89lb/ft of torque (RR print to prove) so has made a good difference compared to a normal 1275 (engine is 1330 but that does not make a huge difference to BHP so im lead to believe).
Viewing welcomed but head is currently on the car so not much to see!
Prepared to post at buyers cost - will use Courier service via Parcel2Go. (arounf £15 to £20 but will confirm with buyer beforehand)
