Mini Clubman Estate - Shell Only

Price: £200ono
Location: Three Bridges, West Sussex

1980 Clubman Estate shell

We're actually talking just the bare shell here, no doors, interior etc. Includes V5 registration, new rear floors, scuttle ends, heel board ends and windows.

Shell needs major restoration. Has been shot blasted so very little rust remains, just in the spots where the shot couldn't reach. A lot of rust has been cut out. I've put in two front floors but these could do with removing and full length floors put in. Also new flitch metal has been welded in but could do with tidying up.

Needs the following at minimum:

Full length floors
Rear arches
Rear heel board
Both wings
Scuttle ends
Full length outer sills

Being the shell only there's no storage needed, build up as you go. Ready to start welding on and rebuilding a classic.

Pics to follow tomorrow. Other bits to follow in time, 1100 engine, subframes etc when I've tidied them up ready for sale.

EDIT: Just remembered the windows have the registration etched on so they are included too.
