You will probably find it is a derivation of a pretty standard Chinese quad. take a look at the engine and see if it has a brand name on it. In our experience we found that most eastern imports used the same basic parts from the same factories and were pretty much interchangeable parts wise. most of the differences were with the frame and the bodywork. a look around ebay will show a good supply of generic spares for these things.
Basically when you bought in a container load of bikes, you got a deal giving you something like 10% value of order, of Free spare parts to enable you to backup your service. The downside of this was that most of these parts were not commonly needed parts, therefore you will find a plethora of these unwanted parts on ebay dirt cheap. You can probably buy a spare engine for silly money if you look hard enough.
A lot of these bikes had a copy of the Honda C50/70/90 engine and an original Honda engine will bolt right in.
I hope this helps.
EDIT.
things to watch out for are: quality of bearings, bushes and nuts and bolts. Welding on the frame is usually pretty poor, paint and chrome is usually not too good either.
Nothing usually fits very well and on PDI we used to have to do a lot of fettling to get things to work properly. We stopped trading with them due to the poor quality of build and found a manufacturer that listened to our comments and made improvements.
This was also the case with imported eastern built Golf carts. The prices were good, but the quality of build took a while to get improved. I will however backup my beliefs that Chinese goods are not always rubbish, as long as you find a good manufacturer who listens. Just turn your laptop over and look at the Manufacturers country of origin. Most will say China
Come on, admit you turned over your laptop
