nice to see you back on it mate,

keep it up (include lots of pics) :w00t:

Now the winters pretty much behind us expect weekly updates  so glad to get back on it as it was getting me down not being able to work on it!
Can't put the camera down.

Only had a day up there as i had a busy last week :)

Holes welded up, were loads from the boot install! left the bigguns as il just bung grommets in them as i didnt want to fill them with welds and we'll see where my fuel lines are going before etc

Posted Image

Acid etched
Posted Image

Skim of filler on wheel arches
Posted Image

Boot floor was tatty so reflatted and primered up
Posted Image

Then painted back up and everything hammerited! love that stuff but bloody expensive :)
Posted Image
Posted Image

Want to get the boot floor sealed in now then get the tank and pump sorted and get the boot area in a finished state.

Thanks Darky!

Misses let me have an extra car day :) so made good use of it.

passengers floor taken back to bare-metal, few bits of pitting here and there but nothing to get the angle grinder out over :) only had to cut a section out near to the inner sill but remove a load by where the rear bins used to be.

Bit of carboard always goes down well.
Posted Image

Then a bit of not the best in the world welding :dontgetit: would of liked to do it all in one but i fudged up the dimensions aha!
Posted Image
Posted Image

Then lots of acid etch everywhere!
Posted Image

One almost done half floor :) just need to plate up that other hole and weld on the rollcage plates, bit of seam sealer and im one Happy chappy :)
