Thanks for all the replies. This is unknown territory for me, so struggling a bit. Whats a good compression ratio to aim for?

I aimed for 10:1 which I think it correct, I'm sure someone will confirm or change me.

Yeah on a hot 998 you want about 9.5:1 - 10.5:1

Keep under 10:1 a little if you intend to use unleaded.
