I didn't even know this forum existed.....
Still its about time there was one that wasn't linked to a business.
a bit about me.........
I've been into minis for years and have restored a fair few in my time, but not in recent years. If any of you have used Wood & Pickett to buy your spares or you have taken part in the Mole Valley Mini Tour, we have probably met.
I'm an aircraft engineer by trade but worked at Wood & Pickett for a number of years in my spare time. I left due to family commitments and the fact that Mike ended up moving his business closer to his home, which was miles away from mine !!
Anyway, in recent months my time has been taken up with a new project, one which is close to my heart and suprisingly, still has some links with minis.
My new project www.UnfinishedProject.co.uk is a site for people like myself, who for whatever reason don't get to finish a project or would like to get involved in someone elses project.
This isn't a bold attempt at advertising the site as its only been going for 2 months and we are up to an average of 500 visitors a week. I've been amazed by the interest and there's even a few minis on there.
