Well I'm glad someone is getting the same, always difficult to know what is correct when you have nothing to compare to. On the other hand 47 seems very high, they were quoted as 43 by rover, and factory figures are normally difficult to achieve during everyday driving. I'm sure I could get mine a bit higher on a nice steady higher speed run, but for a short, slow commute 6 days a week I am quite happy with my 35

Mine does 50 on a nice long journey at a constant 60-70, round town i get about 40-45, really happy with the consumption of my mini to be honest. Well that was my old engine, my new one my be a different story haha.
