im going to knock up a spit on saturday ready to have it media blasted to see where the major problems are. then me and my friend are hopefully going to make this a nice solid shell ready for paint.

ive had a good look all over it this afternoon and all i can see thats really bad it the OS rear corner and OS a panel, its had a bit of patching on the inner cills and two spot uderneath which will all be cut out and redone.

cheers for looking.

luke.

Looks good. Lots of potential there. Make sure you drop by the Clubman Estate Register, if you haven't already.

i'll go register and throw this up on there aswel :)

i have no idea as of yet lol, just get a nice solid painted shell and then see where i go from there.

probally just lowered, arches and some nice rims and a decent engine, which will probally just be a stock 1275, make like an estate GT (or do they exist anyway?) im such a noob to mini's, ive spent the last 5 years palying with honda's.

how do i go about the rear mountings for a spit on an estate by the way?

luke.

Most people take it from the rear arches where the suspension mounts come through, then you could put a bar across the rear door frame and hold it there aswell.

How about a honda powered estate :) plenty of info on the subframe arrangements around

cheers buddy, i'll knock the frame up this week then get the clubby on next weekend. :)

i did think about a Z6 into her, but ive never like the idea of changing engines from different make. i would rather keep it 100% mini.
