That does look like it....and the engine I have now been told was from a metro. Would this air filter fit? and what are you opinions on minisport air filters?

best thing if you are not sure ring the place you are buying it from they have plenty of knowledge about these things

Well i've just done a bit off research and apparently the HIF38 air filters also fit on the HS4 so im guessing this should be alright the other way around aswell.....But I think I shall ring up and make sure. Cheers for the help guys!

Make sure it is the HIF38 first though lol, yeah just ring first don't want to go wasting moneys!
