I gave equal weighting to all the points, it was discussed and people were give ample chance to object or ask for change.

I didn't type any of the other points in capitals nor did I try and hide the fact that it was being deleted.

To answer your comments question, I believe that they can be deleted.

One half of a line after mentioning the required post count which is what most people picked up on. This whole thread would not exist if you had said "WE ARE DELETING THE NON MINI SECTION"

We can't change the past and I'm really glad that, you for one, have been asking the members what they want and implementing it even when you disagree.

You still have not answered my question about using the comments sections for feedback. Is this feasable?

i dont get why your arguing! you have a good set of eyes there and a brain to make decisions about what to reply about...out of the thousands on this site, im sure someone would have saw the line saying it was being deleted, had it been an issue they would have replied to it, im sure

by the way...its semi feasable, but that comments box, you can delete your comments on your own page, but if you made an error and put it on someone elses box, your unable to delete it even if its your comment... plus that section is often used for other reasons

heres an idea, a letter to admin might solve all problems. then we'd know only trusted people could use the classifieds.

If it had been more prominent, there would not be the need for this thread.

You may scoff at the questionaire but I got a quote with an insurance company (didn't accept it) and over the phone he asked me questions like 'what do you do if your phone rings while you are driving' and 'do you reguarly exceed the speed limit)

I laughed with the chap on the phone!
