I live in New Zealand and have found even with the price of postage and exchange rate that Mini Spares in a great place to buy parts because of the price and knowing that I wont have problems with the quality!

I'm a loyal mini spares customer and would recommend them without hesitation; good customer service and prices too. You know what your getting and the website always gives a good description of what the product is!

Minispares are brilliant if you ask me
Minisport are 8 miles from me and I refuse to use them lol
As said before try comparing the prices to other cars parts and you will see you get good value.
I used to drive an Alfa and the plugs alone cost me £120 each time I changed them.

My mums other half has a 08 Chrysler 300c, alternator for that cost £500, lol.

I've just come out of work, where I worked at a garage specialising in classic cars, all sorts of classics, yanks, mg, triumph, lotus, lancia, etc, we never really had any problems sourcing parts, the biggest constant headache we had was part quality.

I've done jobs where I've had to modify wheel cylinders just to get them to fit, or brand new master cylinders, that leak from new. We had a constant cursing in the workshop about parts not fitting, lol

Like a set of mg midget wishbones and kingpins, fitted them all up, to find their naff, so had to remove them, send them back, leaving the car immobilised on one of 2 ramps, and 5 hours labour lost, because you can't charge customers for time when things like this happen, so the already struggling business loses out.

The problem is though, for example if "joes car parts" are selling condensers for £3 and "Barry car parts" are selling a top quality condenser but it costs £8, the general member of the public is unwittingly going to buy the cheaper part, everything's made as cheap as possible nowadays, for this reason.

I can say though, I've never had a problem with part quality from minispares, their stuff is top quality, may be a bit more expensive in some cases, but I'd rather pay a touch more if I know the parts going to fit without needing modification. Welldone minispares !

I have to say yes it does seem quite expensive but the stuff does arrive quickly and its a superb quality. When i had a go at resortoring an MGB GT i bough two front wings and they cost £650.

nuff said lol.

Mini spares ge the vote from me :D they also tell you straight away if stuff is out of stock. Another site(won't mantion names) had one of the items i had ordered out of 4 not in stock so withheld the whole package and didnt even tell me. Only after i had emailed them and asked was i told and recieved the other 3 items. Still waiting on the 4th 2 weeks later....

Anyway on as brighter note, do minispares fancy opening a shop up down in the southwest area? just an idea :D

I have mostly used minispares due to their excellent product knowledge and parts quality. Their customer service and delivery prices are also excellent. minispares FTW!

In years deling with them i've always found Minispares are cheaper than most suppliers for most stuff.
If not cheaper, thats probably they're just selling an original part while the cheaper alternative is not.

Two things are for certain,
1) You get what you pay for
2) People want something for nothing

Another vote for Minispares from me, nothing is ever too much bother and no question a problem - unlike some others I could mention!
