o dear bit close lol

little bit more done made template for grille because of clearence from exhaust but also gonna use grille to strengthen fibre glass front by doing it this way gaining between 2 to 3 inches for manifold heat but all so am thinking of making it out of holed metal cant think of proper work for i lol



i also cut boot floor out and put tank in position got to get base made up thats why i cut it like i have so i got a rough idea how it will sit was in two minds if to get rid of batt box no sure which batt to use bike or mini

Any thoughts on how that manifold is going to effect performance?
I can see all sorts of resonance issues....

lol not sure did think of that but its space im short of in the places i need it so im gonna have to suck the mop may go bigger pipe yet just the way it is at mo get it done and improve as i go

fair enough - i'd probably go with a custom 4-2-1 system when you can.

The only other issue i see is that you will be basically pumping fumes into the car if you open the driver's window!

Looking good otherwise though

done bit more cut bulkhead out and made template want to mount steering stronger

did a little more last night did bit of bulkhead work but still waiting for metal to finish and i think my welders knakered i had a feeding problem so i changed liner and still no good so i started thinking about gear linkage and i think i got it sorted i got rid of cable as it was to much hassle insted i use a part of a peice of **** car (vauxhall) snd it works quite well got a little more to do on few tweaks and i think be fine.

i have got a clutch and i can select gears just need to tidy them up i cant be leave how strong the clutch slave mount had to be to stop flex. now mounted rad better and looking at oil cooler and plumping next then back to exhaust i think hopefully get it running then strip all back down for gussets and then paint

lol get out and push got few ideas but prob go for starter and ring but gonna see if it drive can take the power first
