engine trouble

car runs but will only start on full choke then down to half, when put right in car continues to run on fast idle, 'blip' the throttle though and it drops to a 'normal' idle or more often than not stalls, i have no tachometer, is it possible fuel set wrong?

Had your MOT done recently?? They may have fiddled with the mixture... failing that, lube away!

nope mot done a year an a abit ago-faild- am doing work myself, and yes my dad fiddled with the fueling, suppose my only choice is to have it set up properly as soon as possible, p.s the linkages could easaly be the problem as wet cats have been sleeping on my engine(no bonnet) :w00t: :thumbsup:

As it sounds like the cars been standing for a while, the it's quite likelt that dust and debris has settled on it. A good clean may not go a miss.
