1982 Mini HL. Resprayed in blue a while back with a white roof. Bodywork has rust in the usual places but subframes were replaced about 2 years ago so they are solid. Deep dish alloys and leather front seats with custom dash board. Sony HU and 4 x Alpine speakers. 800watt Fli Audio Amp and Sub with built in auxillary lead. Expensive steering wheel, I believe mountney. Mileage: 59,000
In terms of the engine. Standard 998 with recently refurbished head and new gaskets all round (less than 50miles ago). Refurbished standard carb about 300miles ago. Fuel system completely cleaned out about 200miles ago with external fuel filter supplied. List of the new things I've put on it:

- New battery about 16months ago. Recently tested and at 98% original capacity
- Headlights
- New doorcards, handles and gaitors custom made by retro retrims (£100)
Brakes had a complete oil change about 50 miles ago and a new brake canister on one brake. A small amount of bodywork undertaken in some places so there is limited rust. Sills are perfect.
Currently in working order with all electrics working however there is an ittermittent problem with starting due to a bad earth somewhere. I am currently looking into this and will try to have it sorted before being sold.
