Where did you get the dash from?

Minisport took a bit of chasing up though.

I would probably have a go at making one next time, would be cheaper and look better i reckon

Got the roof lining all sorted now, think it looks really good.

Also got the rear window screen in too and the side glass, that was a bit of a ball ache, had to make a special tool to put the window screen filler in and used lots of soapy water.

Hows the KAD engine build coming along? This is one nice looking build. And those perfomance figures should be about right. But I wouldnt expect a top sped over 120mph....But thats fast enough in a mini. love the seats. and the colour..

Should be back in 2 weeks, may be picking it up from MITP.

Thanks for the kind comments.

I think 120mph is a realistic ish figure, gearing should be fine its weather ill have the power to pull it

Hopefully Danny we will be making some good progress in a few weeks.

The headlining was the worst thing ive ever done, so hard. But the harder thing than that was getting the rear windows in i use about a 10 litres of soapy water. Rear windowscreen went in fine.
I used Evostick and lots of closepegs, did a bit every night and it took about 4 nights to do.

Got some Sabelt seat mounts today and decided to look at fitting the seats, well at least one.

A few problems could be in the pipeline.

The sides of the seats are quite high up and really grip you so getting in and out of the seat is quite hard It doesnt look it in the photos but it is., maybe a removable steering wheel could be on the cards.

Because of the layback of the seat im wondering if the diagonal of a roll cage will be able to fit in the back? hmmmm

What do people think?

i think it might be a close one with the rear diagonal, youll have to get the cage in and then line up were to put the seat that way.

looking propper smart now though cant wait to see it all finished :-
