Amy, was that a mini featured in minimag/miniworld about 3 years ago?

Im thinking chrome 10' revos's with w&p arches, think its more than 3 years though, possibly 5+ :withstupid:

yeah deep dish 10" revos, you are right! i remember clearly now. i just recognised the door cards & it being an auto. didn't realise it was that long ago!

yep it did have 10" revs! chrome arches also :)

i never even knew it was in the mag so if you could scan me a copy of the pages I'd be very interested! Might take some time to get through 10 years worth of magazines though :)
It was restored 3 years ago so i would assume it was in the magazine 3 years ago! :) x

any luck in finding the magazine? i've got some pictures that i found actually with all the documents.. of how it looked before with the chrome arches and 10" revs! will post it on here later today if i get the chance ^_^ x

Did it go much better after the service? or haven't you got it back yet? I would still advise you to get her on a rolling road for a setup when you can, it makes such a difference, when i took my manual 998 it had 30 bhp when it went in and came out with 36 bhp and a noticeable difference, I had mine done at sleaford mini centre which probably isn't too far away from you either

not got it back yet! they found the oil leak was because the crankshaft seal had gone.. so theyve had to split the engine etc etc ! then they are doing the service. my other mini was for sale but i've had to get insured back on that one for now so i can get to work and back haha.

I was thinking of a rolling road definately, i will google the place you had yours done ^_^. Will post again when i get him back! :dontgetit: x

it is still for sale because my new one is gonna be finished by thursday so someone can drive this one away at the weekend ;)
