Question for the day: Does anyone know how a new full length heelboard is welded to the load bed?

 

Anyone with links to pictures most welcome.

There should be spot welds visable from the top of the load bay. Drill them out all the way along and bobs your uncle!

I guess you then use those holes to re weld the new one back on yeah?

Just need to weld this side up then start all over again on the near side. At least I will no what needs to be done this time so should aid progress.

 

Just need some spare cash to get the damn panels.
