Hey i have a mini i plan on making really fast but dont know how to go about it i have 1987 998 in it with 87k on the clock now i could re bore to around a 1330 or 1380 how much would the boring its self cost? Or i could buy a cheap low milage 1275 and rebuild?

I have heard that kent 276 c i think it is are good and then i would look into how much it would be for modifyed head or to modify mine? Then im thinking 1:5:1 lift rockers dished omega pistons, lightened fly wheel, and continue along these lines baring in mind i can save money but the more i can save the better i am open to some good advice so please feel free
