Something on my (growing) list of things to do is tidy up the seats.

I'm always keeping an eye out for new seats or covers. Though I'm finding a lot of cover sets that only go up to 1992 models. Why is this this? I have a 93 Sprite.

I really like the look of these but they are not for my seats.

1993 was when they started fitting the more padded but rather bulky Metro style seats, hence different covers are required and less demand for them.

From Newton:
All Mini front seats were upgraded in 1993, with new seat frames and foam cushions to give a much more comfortable and safer ride. As can be seen here, the side bolsters on both base and squab are very modern compared to the earlier seating options. Unfortunatley they original cloth materials are no longer available so we have re-produced the pattern in Leather in a variety of colours.

Thanks for the update. Do Newton only do leather? Bit out of my price range.

If you know how to search for sellers name its natalie8569 or search for classic mini vinyl seat covers and you should see and advert with a pic of red and blue covers for pre 92 cars. Send her a message regarding post 92 cars and she Will tell you all about it. Hope this helps.
