Hihi all well the mini is 90% complete, so we thought we'd take it for a drive down the road (private road) then we started her up, put the clutch down and when u try put it in gear it crunches.So clearly the cluth isnt working properly :s things that you might need to no...... when you press the pedal theres no resistance at all.
Anyone help me?

Have someone check whether the slave cylinder piston is moving in the first instance.

i would suggest you try and bleed it as well.

is it an easy job to change the slave cylinder asweve got one in a box?
