the exhaust that wouldnt fit

and my current exhaust manifold

well were getting there slowly .....
got the rear seat out after a lot of umming and arrrhing lol but eventually found the two screws holding it down
fitted my new manifold then snapped a manifold stud doh !!
fitted my nice braided hoses as the old rubber 1s were buggered
oh n whilst removing the rear seat found another couple of patches that want doing

on a positive note i got these for £50
and some free decent tyres
oh annnnd my nice neighbour gave me some handy bits as he sold his minis
will try and update with a list of what needs to finsh him this week lol

well im very proud to say that ive finished making all the panels now i just need a bit of dry weather to finishe the welding
i think there quite good since ive never really made panels before and being as they were made out an old wing my neighbour gave me

aint got a clue why these were there but next dry and hopefully warm day the interior will be removed and the holes can be cut and welded

and maybe hammerite the floors

holes will have been there for someones harness. not brilliantly done i must say.

new and old new discs

well got 1 of the new discs fitted to my refurbed hubs today after a right getting the spilt pin out bit by bit
but it was to cold to the do the other so ill try and get that done tommorrow
and then hopefully will get him all welded up ifffff the weather doesnt get any colder and stays dry

well his getting there slowly ...........................
got the other hub almost ready to fit
next jobs either welding orrr renew the following bushes
tie bar poly bushes with poly bushes (still need)
bottom arm bushes with poly bushes
bump stop with poly bump stomps
then sort the suspension - second upgraded hand shocks
then we ll get to work on the interior

not much done really other than buying more bits like spax adjustable shocks for the front and spax coilovers for the rear
also managed to do a tiny bit of filler removal on the f/g front bumper and bonnet vent
once theres a nice day ill strip the interior and weld up all the holes ive found so far

well got my bottom arms and hubs off yesterday and stripped them etc just rubbing the bottom arms, bottom arm pins, disc shields, and drive flanges down going to try to get them as shiny as i did my drive shafts then hopefully theyll turn out as good as my drive shafts :) will add pics when i next come in for a cuppa :)

got 1 side done will do the othe tonight and tommorrow and then there ready for paint !!
