Nothing to stop you being serious about buying a car but if you travel half the country to get there and then it turns out to be a total rustbucket, you have wasted a lot of time, money and probably wont get that deposit back.
I have been to view loads of Minis and hardly any of them are as good as they look in the photos so i just walk away!!
Thats the problem really.
It's the same as these garages, when you ask for a test drive and they say you can have one if you pay a deposit on the car. Why would you pay a deposit before driving it??!!!
That why the deposit is subject to advert being correct, and car being as described.
