Not really, and I don't like the Renault Cup 200 anyway. The only thing I don't like much are the Recaro seats, but thats nothing, plus girlfriend loves them! I was going to get a red 2007 SXi at first, but I wanted the VXR after seeing them at PVS so I let mum know and I sold my karting stuff and put the extra cash from that towards it and got it. I am only doing little bits to it like debadged the rear and fitted Insignia washer jets and Silvatecs yesterday. And I will drop it down a bit when I have some spare cash.
Insurance is a ******* but it is something I will pay to have my car. The Corsa is fast enough for me! and the sound from the Remus is lush. Nice! Focus ST2 looks good ;D

I've got myself a little renault clio while my minis at the garage being restored. It's only a 1.2 but it's good on fuel and cheap to insure and with 55k on the clock and FSH, bit of a bargain at £200!

I bought a Grande Punto last year which my girlfriend has to shuttle round my daughter. Its fairly gutless (1.4 8v) but the chassis is good. If it was a bit lower and had some anti-roll bars it would handle spot on. Its good on fuel though and safe. Which is important when you have your own flesh and blood travelling around in it. I just wish she would stop crashing it into stationary objects. She has hit three bollards/posts in a year denting it every time.

2003 Citroen Relay 2.0 HDI. Not mine but a works van, handles well, engine is great with plenty of power and it's comfy. Feels much like a car to drive only i cant see whats behind not having any windows in the rear ;D which really annoys me!

I was looking at the Fiesta ST when I bought my Corsa, but I don't like them much. I like the Volvo C30 :P but they look heavy

that is a nice car but as you say its heavy and with a 1.6 it will be pretty slow i bet. plus what do you think to the back end? i cant quite make my mind up about it. do you have the same problem i had when i changed my car, that all new cars are boring?

I agree, new cars are mostly boring.

The Alfa Giulietta is nice though, and I used to like the A1 when it first came out but changed my mind now.

I'm sorry, but I really can't stand the Corsas. Granted I havent driven the VXR but the normal one alone puts me straight off. The Astra VXR was ncie though - torque steers but decent. The Focus ST is nice, and the older Fiestas are good too.

Not really small, but I am considering get a 3 series (saloon or estate) or an A4/6 estate. I don't have a family and could probably do without the space but they just look good as estate cars, especially the Audis.

I really want another mini while the Cooper gets restored, but the motorway miles I do would just be too much I think. I really can't make up my mind.
