Hello,

By the tide of events I have to sell my pride and joy what I’ve owned almost two years.
I bought this little beast from UK as a rolling project and have spent huge amount of time and money to make from it what it is now.
List of the most important things done with the car:

Originally Mini 850, 1975
Jobs done with Mini in UK till 2009:
Bodywork:
Roof chopped and windows cut;
Body debumpered;
Body demolished;
Front end rebuilt to fit flip-front.

Engine and transmission:
1380 engine, (engine done since rebuild 11 000 km);
HIF SU44 carb;
„Mini Cooper Sport 500“ gearbox;
„Big Bore“ exhaust system.

Interior:
Custom made 6-point rollcage (comes with the car);
2 Bucket seats;
4-point harness;
New dashboard with 3-dial dash.

Jobs done and NEW parts installed since summer 2009 in Estonia:
Autumn 2009:
GAZ adjustable shocks;
Miniastic “fast road” springs;
HI-LO-s and knuckles;
Fully adjustable heavy duty front undercarriage parts (bottom arms, tie bars, longer track rod ends, etc);
Quick-shift;
1.5” Simona cone air filter, 8mm silicone plug wires.
All filters and oil changed, brake and clutch bleeding done and fluid changed, coolant system cleaned and coolant changed.

Spring 2010:
Bodywork and paint job (3 coat paint (base, paint, lacquer), every coat 3 layers);
Stainless steel big bore DTM Fletcher exhaust system;
13x7 Superlight wheels, 175/50R13 Yokohama tires, chrome wheel nuts for Superlights;
Reclining bucket seats with seat adjusters, 4-point harness;
Champion plugs, some door and window seals;
Chrome parts – door and boot handle set with locks, retro grill moustache and wiper arm kit.

Summer 2010:
Clutch parts (disc, diaphragm, bearing, clutch arm, clutch arm return spring, release plunger, pins, etc);
Some new engine gaskets, reconditioned ignition system and some work started with interior.

Spring 2011:
Noise isolation (full interior and doors) with Silent Coat materials;
Full carpet set with under felt;
Custom made door cards;
Custom made dash (laptop drawer, 3x12V + USB sockets, cup holders, drawers for small items and documents, dials surrounding and glove box cover painted same color as car, etc);
Fuse box rebuilt and brought under the dash;
Integrated HP COMPAQ NC6400 laptop;
Hertz high end speakers (high and midrange with crossovers);
Signat RAM 3 Mark II A-class amplifier;
Secure 2-way car alarm system with central locking;
TV/FM USB connector and antenna, GPS antenna;
Brand new front window, front and rear wide window seals;
Specialist Components A-Series 5 Port Engine Management Kit with fuel regulator and air filter ( http://www.twinkam.c...0...d=SC208.45 );
MPI fuel tank, aftermarket high pressure fuel pump and fuel filter, fuel lines;
Engine management system setup done and roadmap written on rolling road dyno on 3rd of June.
More than 1 000 hours spent on building only in this spring.

With laptop it is possible to monitor engine work and configure or write new map for ECU any time you need. Laptop is also used for sound system, GPS, TV and FM radio, etc.

After last rebuild Ia drove my Mini from Estonia to Switzerland to participate in 2011 IMM. In total somewhere around 5000 km.

So long journey brought up couple issues that need attention. Most important one is engine oil leak. Mini is drivable, as it had that leak all the way to Switzerland and back, but to be perfect, this leak should be fixed. As far as I know oil is leaking from main bearing cap oil seal. Best way to fix it, is to take engine out of the car, remove gearbox and change the seal. I have engine gasket sets with the seal and it comes with the car. Unfortunately I don’t have any more time to do that and I need funds for my other projects. That’s the reason for selling my pride and joy for a very reasonable price.

Lot of time and money is invested in this little Mini and now you have great opportunity to buy this unique Mini for incredible price. This little beast is real eye catcher wherever you go. Smiles, thumb up’s, and positive comments are certain.
With a little TLC it would be your perfect summer cruiser, show winner, Sunday track-day car, or all together, as this car is adjustable to everywhere. My lack of time is your luck.

So, don’t miss this unique offer!

Car is located in Estonia (northest of three Baltic countries), our neighbors by land are Latvia and Russia, and by sea Finland and Sweden. Buyer can either come and pick it up or arrange shipping. If necessary, I can help finding suitable shipping company.

Lots of pictures and stories (in estonian) about my Mini can be found in Estonian Miniclub forum, especially in this topic:

Thanks mate!
As they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder :)
For me it looks great - the roof is just about where it should be on so small car.

With a little TLC this car will be in excellent condition :)

I'm open to sensible offers, as I don't see in nearby future time, to spend it with my Mini.

Mini is still for sale and as sad as it is, I better see it driving around with new owner, than sitting in my garage and waiting when I finally can do something with it. It's been more than 2 months when I last saw my Mini and that means, that in this winter I don't have time to fix oil leak or do anything with the car and most likely it will not be on the roads in next summer.
Because of that I'm willing to let my pride and joy go for £ 5200.
