and that is all so far. and through all that my angle grinder blew up so rebuilt it with new bushes that came with it, it then blew up again after about 10 min so went out and got a 1000w one which is amazing. also ran out of welding wire so got a 5kg roll and another gas bottle but need to get a big one when I can afford it :) which mean I can then weld hours on end. also needed to get some more welding tips so I got some but the threads were to small so then got some that fitted and carried on welding after a week of looking for tips that will fit. welding on Jordan also if any one has advice on the arch would help a lot. I don't want to replace the whole arch so might see if I can just get the bit that has rusted out and leave the bit in where the shock mounts

started cutting out around the end of the cross member but going to leave it now until I fit my new door step so I can get up under it once the door step is removed
but in the mean time I got to work on one of these beauties
that's it for now welding on Jordan

lined the new panel up to see how it will look. most of my time at the mo went in to painting this one
my misses is going to be driving it soon so need to get it finished.
right a patch has been put in
a patch has been welded back in to the seat belt mounting area but have now finished it yet as ran out of gas, also whats the best way to weld the selt belt mounting plate again ??? advice will be grateful welding on Jordan

bit fuzy but my new big gas bottle
finished prepping door
floor pan weld cleaned up and painted
seat belt area mount patch where the door step rot was
inner sill patch
pic of the inner sill so far.
going to be doing some work on it tomorrow as got a free day sp hopefuly I can get inner sill finished and make a start to finish the door welding on Jordan
