i think if you had the money and if i had the money i would buy either a 156 GTA or my favorite the 147 GTA they are smart as you like 3.2 v6 manual super beast (sexon wheels )

and quicker than the focus RS older one and the VW R32

even thou i love alfa's etc i dont think i could own another new car reason is there all the same...

Thats what brought me to the mini scene even thou theirs thousands of minis out their not many are the same and you can totally customize them..

unlike new cars the only thing you can do is chip and remap them boring!!!! and you have to pay someone to fix it if they go wrong yet again unlike the mini..

I do know mate, I think they are relatively easy to fix.

A blessing in disguise is everything that goes wrong is 9-10 the most common of common problems, so plenty solutions and advice on the forums etc.

I dont care if all modern cars are the same i love my Mini and always will do, dont think i'll ever part with it i just would like something modern alongside the Mini that i also admire, hence the 159. Round where i live i have never seen an Alfa on the road mostly Vauxhalls and tacky french cars so it's something quite differnent.

As for fixing them minisilverbullet is right most problems are very common known problems and if i ever have a problem i ring my uncle and he comes and sorts it being a mobile mechanic.

As long it starts and go's well without a problem im not too bothered. Cosmetic things are easily fixable.
