Had a quick look around it,

*the front wings are nearly on there way out and the bonnet is rusty,
*one door appears repairable and the other needs re skinning
*Interior looks ok apart from front seats and carpet needs good clean
*Headling spot on
*Roof in brill condition
*door bins no rust
*need new boot lid and repair rear panel should beat out ok
*havn't had a proper look underneath yet
*engine hasn't been tested
*the head is painted a goldy yellow colour????
*rear opening windows
*3 clock dash
*Minature alloys????

Whats so special about the mini 25 what extras were added???

IRRC the mini 25 was the first true anniversary special (not counting the 1100 special here guys even though it was effectively the 20th anniversary special)

they are getting rare because the metallic paint didn't do much to help the rot and they tended to rot out a lot! people didn't bother restoring them so if you can get one that is restorable it's worth doing!

It would be i was orignally going to use it for spares to help finish off my other project. But now i've found out its a limited edition i would feel quite bad about ripping it to bits. May do a few quick fix's and get it through a mot. I haven't got the time to do a full restoration just yet, it would be fun to get back behind the wheel of a mini again  Its been 9 years since i've driven one
