You can give 50 percent credit to camera and 50 percent credit to photo shop application. Photo-shop you can crop your image as per requirement and as we it have many option of color contrast, sharpness, etc....can change color accordingly and many effect.

No.

50% to the photographers eye.
30% photoshop skill.
20% camera.

Half the images shown here do not have the right angle or perspective for this to work properly, the photoshop skill is important in this though. The camera matters not, a good photographer can use any imaging device to his advantage. I sometimes use a pringles can as a camera you know.
