Does anyone know where i can get a template for the flat style MDF dashboards?
I remember seeing one a while back but have had no luck recently. Just need dimensions and a template for the curve to make my own custom dash.
a link would be great

I used the second plan on the first page for mine and it was 2.5cm too short.

I just finished my dash last week i started with the template but to be honest thry don't really work.
Do you know anyone with a dash in their mini? Just take it out its only a two minute job and then check the size against your own mini. If the fit is good then there yoir template .
Just trace it on to to your Mdf and cut out!

WHAT?!!! :saywhat:Do you know anyone with a dash in their mini? Just take it out its only a two minute job
I had to remove the stereo to get into the back to undo the three clamps, then undo the speedo cable then the wiring loom for the clocks then all the wire for the other bits and pieces, horns, cigarette lighter socket, clock....I know I'm slow but it took longer than two minutes!!

You know what i mean, I only have to dis connect the stereo than the speedo cable then the wire for the clocks takes bout 5 mins then just whip off the clamps. Ten minute job max! Probably a bit longer because you have the additional horns, cigarette lighter socket, clock.
dont need any of that stuff
