well....2nd time of trying my driving test, passed with 2 minors last friday
- control, reversing round a corner....basically, didnt know if i hit the curb or went down a grate so just pulled forward and did it again...
- control of gears....hehe, think i got a crunch into reverse or it was the slam into 1st from 5th :)
anyhoo, pass plus now for 2 weeks then free to drive my mini
been quoted £1400 fully comp on my own (im 17) seems good...they said corsa would be more and my car is a mini cooper 1.3 (see below)

Good man on buying the insurance in your own name, when you get to my age, 23 haha, and you've had insurance since 17 in your own name since passing its LOADS cheaper.

does ur insurace company give a discount for pass plus, i know some dont like mine so i never did it( 18 and my insurance is 900 fully comp registerd as a 998 :tongue: ) but when i was 17 it was 1400 for a 1.4 306 ), or r u gettin some more practise in??

insurance is with norwich union, and yeah discount with pass plus which im doing at the moment, without pass plus its like £2500 so may aswelll do it....parents make me anyway.

do u have to do pass plus in a certain amount of time after your test?
i passed 3 months ago so could i still do it?
although saying that i think iv got to many bad habbits now lol :erm:
