Seriously you guys are lucky there is a cure for you! After a heavy night out on the town for me, I can't eat or drink anything until at least lunch time. No matter what I drink or eat, until Im feeling better it just comes back and taunts me lol.
Once im on the mend, Ribena usually helps but thats because of the Vit C i pressume.

My Mrs just has some water and maybe a paracetomol and she is fine every time. Mine just last all day and the only thing that makes it go away is starting drinking again, which i will be doing very shortly :ohno:

I'm right as rain now ready to start drinking again!

I am a man but when you have mongs ringing you up about mong things all day it starts to take effect.

Had a curry last night too so I'm not popular at work today. :)

hangovers... dispise!! i usualy end up in bed all day and feel pretty shabby... seem to feel better and more stable if im out and about doing things though... gona give the coke or the lucozade a try next time i think. For now im just saving cash in anycase.
the worst for me which i luckily havent had for a while is the delayed one... feel fine all day (and not just still drunk) been out and about etc, have some food in the evening and then feel reet sick, even burst blood vessles once so i couldnt go out the house >_<

It's the taste I hate. When you burp and you can taste everything you drank the night before and whatever weird food combination you slapped together. Good idea at the time. Not so good when you wake up.

I'll go OTT though and get the bacon and add something like mini cheddars, pickles, chips, smother it all with mayo and then put it in a sandwich and toast it haha :)

When I was younger, I never used to get a hangover despite what i drank. I had quickly figured out that two of the main causes for hangovers are dehydration and low blood sugar. What I used to do when I came in from the pub/party/whatever was to drink a pint of cold water, then make sure I reduced the amount of insulin I gave myself before bed. Never had a problem. Is this cheating?

Oh yeah and I followed it up with a pint of milk and a massive oversized full English - just for the hell of it!
