First time here really like the site, loads of interesting stuff and some excellent cars. Here are a few shots of mine.
1310, machined for GRP A head gasket, 10cc Dished Omega Pistons, 274 Cam, Hybrid Turbo, dump valve, bleed valve, Intercooler off of Nissan 300ZX, Quick enough for now. I'm getting a Stage 3 Head to help it along a bit further soon.
Twins!
Purple one's the girl friend’s old car just been rebuilt and re-sprayed to sell. Details in for sale section shortly.

Hi there and cheers )
The pins were bough locally.
I've seen them all over car shops in the UK.
There's just two triangle bits of metal bolted in to the rear corners with the pin bolted through and then a hole drilled in to the bonnet and the top part of the pin screws on.
The front of the bonnet's just two springs with clips also readily available in the UK.
I'll have a look if i can find any links to places on the web where you can get them.
I'll post a couple of closer pics later

Instead of the springs on the front you can also get rubber type ones or leather straps.
Here are links to minispare for the pins and rubber type straps.
can't remember where i got the springy one's from
If minispares have got them then chances are MiniMania in the US has them too, I know it's not Canada but probably be cheaper and easier then the UK
