the historics are owning the shop at the minute!
(this was a while ago now, two red cars, chevron B8 and B19, did well in the gold cup at oulten park, probably due to the good prep ;)
got some good results at pembrey
had a play with our in house tank
did have turbo issues with this, the pipes couldnt hold the boost!!
maserati. just yeah.
now, clubman:D
thats a towing eye!!
the rads mounted, used 6m ally to make some brackets, top are rubber mounted using rubber cotton reels, and they are bolted to the subframe. the rad is bolted to these and sadwich 8mm of rubber washers i made (stamped out some rubber matt with 3/8 stamp and a 5/16 stamp in the middle) the rad floats really well in the frame and there is loads of frontal air space for cooling. im putting a slimline rear mounted ran on it for traffic, but its so huge i dont think il have an issue. i have got a 'Stat!!
i made an oil cooler duct, goes right up to the grill and fans out and is just lovely if i do say so myself! thats yet to be mounted though! all hoses are routed, i need to make some mounts on the lathe/mill for the alternator and then get the right offset V belt pulley for it, and then wiring!
woooo
cheers
