Ok thought i may aswell re-introduce myself as I have been absent for a while and there are many new members on here who dont know me...
I joined sometime in 2004 when i bought my first mini at the age of 16. a totally standard studio 2 in black:
A year later ( i no it isnt modded much but i was on part time income lol)
I spent about a year modyfing it ready for when i passed my test, but 4 weeks after passing my test i wanted to move onto better things and bought a saxo :nugget:
The saxo was ok apart from alot of problems! These problems reminded me how many i had with my mini (none) and how easy faults and problems were to fix on a mini. And after driving my mates mini a couple of times around christmas i was hooked again!!
The saxo was ditched after almost killing it and i bought this:
I had been mates with the lad who owned this mini from near enough when i started modifying mine and when he had another mini prior to this. When he use to show me the progress pics etc i was soooo jealous so... when i saw it for sale i couldnt resist
A week on ive fixed quite a few problems ive had which really got me down about the car but now its almost faultless im enjoying minis all over again!!
You can track the progress of the latest mini project in the project section, and somewhere else you'll also find the 25page long thread of my old mini from standard to modified.
Sorry i havnt put this very well but it was kinda spare of the moment and im flipping k-nackered lol

Ye minis are for thrasing, not in the sense of high revs ( i never go over 5k!!) but for country lane rallying nothing beats them!!
Got lots of plans too!!
