You can buy sets of assorted UNF and UNC nuts, bolts, screws and washers.
There are also things such as rear sub frame nut and bolt kits. I bought one for my rear sub frame as I sheared quite a few bolts when removing it. Me personally I would just use a wire wheel on a drill and clean them up as you put them back in (doing this with most of my bolts as long as they aren't broken). Remember to apply some anti seize coating when putting them back in. Saves a lot of money.

I have heard rumours of a thing called mini in a bucket that is supposed to contain every nut, bolt, screw and washer you need for a mini but have never found somewhere that sells one or for that matter seen one.

Failing that - does anyone have the complete list of nuts and bolts required?

most of the suppliers show and can supply the correct nuts and bolts of the correct size and grade.
