The vast majority of bolt and nut sizes are 5/16, 1/4 and 3/8 along with flat washers, lock washers, single nut and lock nuts

I sell many kits with most of the relative hardware included, have a look at this link  https://www.richmond...carparts.co.uk/

If there is anything you need to ask, send me a message

Failing that - does anyone have the complete list of nuts and bolts required?

YES !

But I don't know where it is.

Almost exactly 50 years ago, I compiled a list and made it a Midland Mini Se7en quiz question.

Teams of three to see how many they got in 10 minutes.

Lots of arguments about what they meant by such and such a name.

A list will have some variations as there were some small changes over the years.

Also, I would recommend against the Stainless that the OP of this ancient thread was enquiring about.

Stainless will cause issues with Corrosion of any adjacent steel in short time.

The other, more serious issue with Stainless is it has next to no Tensile Strength, with most Stainless fasteners being the equivalent of around Grade 2.

Some of the fasteners around the engine are Grade 5 and some Grade 8, as well as a few special higher grades for some parts.

Couldn,t agree more with Moke,  all the builds I have done, I have never used stainless, never will.

Always assembled back using the correct threads with BZP finish and with wax protection
