Have you tried ringing footman james?
As I'm 17, I was getting discusting quotes from all the comparison sites, so I rang Footman james and got cover at a fraction of the price (Join a mini club to get discount).
Good luck in searching for cheaper insurance, it took me a while but I got there in the end!

Do you qualify for any benefits due to your disability?
You may be better off forgetting the mini and going the route of http://www.motabilitycarscheme.co.uk
Which you could of course get a Bini with...
i did think of this although not the bini
but i now have found a fair quote after talking to many companies thanks for your input guys/girls
