I have had lots of issues and tweaks with my kit and zcars have always sorted me out, even years after buying the kit.
No complaints from me.

As others have said, give Chris a call or message / email him from the forum.
They have sold loads of these kits and they are well sorted.
If you are having problems or bit missing Chris would want to know.
I don't know if there is an issue with the US distributor that is causing these problems but I would be very suprised if Chris didn't want to get it all resolved one way or another.
I would avoid rubbishing the company and their product, however tempting until you have an explanation from Chris. Chris is the founder, owner and top bloke.
